#Mexico

Hey Fam,

Wow the weeks just go by so fast. Everyday is an adventure in the mish and I love it. One of the best parts about being a missionary in Mexico is walking the streets of Mexico because you know you are safe and protected :) I love being here and i just get so pumped to leave the house to go and teach.

This week a group of missionaries finished their mish and returned home. As AP we get to spend the day with them and go to a museum (honestly i don't remember how to spell in english). Its a pretty cool time but the worst part is saying by to friends and ex comps. My super happy funny ex comp from Oaxaca just went home along with some other good friends and in these next two cycles my trainer and my other AP comp are going home. But hey its all good because i learned a lot from them.

We had the baptism of Emiliano this week. He is 15 years old and he is a pretty cool dude. When we first started to teach him he had a bunch of piercings and acted a little different. But little by little he started to change and in Sunday we had his Baptism! Its really awesome to see how the gospel changes people and how the Lord has a plan for all his children. We are teaching lots of people, I love teaching the Gospel! Its honestly the best feeling ever to be in a house sharing the joy that comes from the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Im doing great and i love you all so much. I love the mission and I love the church. I have seen so many blessings these last 9 months and in my life too. I know without a doubt that this church is true and that the church of Jesus Christ was restored by Joseph Smith. Its impossible to doubt when you see all the blessings and sacrifices that people receive and make to have this gospel in their lives. I know that families can be together forever through Heavenly Fathers plan. I love you all and i hope you all have a great week :)

Conferencia General :)

Hey Fam,

This week was pretty great, I had some great experiences. Conference was so great too, I was able to understand more spanish than the first time in the mish.

So this week we had those changes with the zone leaders. I had a pretty cool experience with in one of the areas. I was able to go to one area thats just one giant hill with tons of houses that are built on it. In the morning all the appointments fell so we had to contact. We are the bottom of the hill and I asked the Elder if he wanted to go up and he said he has never been up to the top but he is down to try. So we started to climb little by little contacting people. The higher we got the nicer the people were and the view as well. There were times were it was really steep and we thought there was no way to go higher. But when we got to the top we found other routes that could take us higher. After about an hour of contacting and climbing we reached the top and it was so beautiful. The view was amazing and we found a couple new people to teach. It made me think about our lives, how sometimes we have to climb a huge mountain. As we are climbing we feel like we have reached the top but when we get there we realize that we can still go higher. Sometimes we think we can only do so much or that its impossible to reach the top. But if we start working hard and look for other ways to reach our goals the Lord always will provide the way. I have no doubt that the Lord loves us and knows us personally. I love this gospel with all my heart and im so grateful for all the blessings ive seen in my life and here inthe mish.

This weekend we had a couple of baptisms. The man has been listening to the gospel for 4 years and after teaching him for about 2 months with the help from the ward he decided to be baptised. Now in one year his family can enter the temple and they can have enternal family. The girl is really awesome too. We have been teaching her for about a month and she was so pumped for her batism. She has had a lot of trials in her life but its was so great to see her joy in her baptism.

I love you all so much and im so grateful for your support. I love the mish and im learning so much everyday. I know without a doubt this church is true because ive seen it change the lives of so many people and mine as well. I hope you all have a great week :)
